Jane Street Recladding

A building stood neglected and forgotten. We were tasked with reinvigorating and modernizing the building through a complete redesign of the existing 15 storey residential tower. We completely redesigned the envelope and worked extensively with our team of engineers to update the mechanical systems to provide an efficient and sustainable building. Beyond the performance elements, the exterior was given a dynamic modern refresh with tonal shifts and beautifully detailed custom balustrades along with a new entrance canopy, all providing residents with the modern elevated social housing they deserve.
